AI, thoughtfully applied.
The AI Edit partners with brands, agencies, founders, creative teams, and independent professionals across fashion and wellness to identify where AI belongs, build the systems behind it, and put those systems to work, without flattening the judgment, voice, or standards that make each business distinct.
What The AI Edit builds
The most valuable intelligence in a business often lives across conversations, documents, resources, routines, and the minds of a few essential people. We bring that intelligence together and connect it to the work that depends on it.
Your knowledge, standards, voice, processes, resources, and decision principles, organized into a shared foundation that gives every AI system the context it needs.
Purpose-built systems that can research, prepare, draft, organize, follow up, and move recurring work forward with the relevant business context already in place.
Personalized communication, resource libraries, educational experiences, memberships, and subscription products that extend what the business can deliver.
Built for businesses where judgment is part of the product
Systems for research, briefs, pitch materials, client and talent communication, production coordination, campaign preparation, casting, approvals, relationship intelligence, and the recurring work surrounding a brand.
Systems for client onboarding, personalized follow-up, brand and personal voice, resource delivery, educational libraries, content development, memberships, and subscription experiences.
Proof in practice
I have built connected AI departments across the full business: brand and marketing, sales and business development, operations and delivery, finance and decision support, leadership and strategy, and performance coaching. Each is designed around the knowledge, standards, and recurring responsibilities of the business, so work can move forward without rebuilding the context every time.
The pitch-deck workflow draws on the AI departments and business intelligence I have already built to research, structure, write, and assemble a complete working deck.
Instead of spending days getting to a first draft, I spend approximately thirty minutes directing, reviewing, and editing the deck.
For Julie, a fitness and wellness trainer, we developed separate personal and brand voice systems and connected an AI employee to a structured library of videos, routines, teachings, and specialty resources.
Post-session emails that once required approximately thirty minutes of manual searching and writing can now be prepared in five minutes.
That same library is being developed into a subscription offering clients can access directly.
What working together looks like
A focused first conversation to understand the business, where work is being held up, and where AI may belong. This is introductory, not a full assessment.
If there is a mutual fit, we move into an Assessment. We examine the workflows, knowledge, people, and priorities behind the opportunity, then determine what should be built, what should remain human, and what should come first.
The introductory conversation is complimentary. The Assessment is the first paid stage of the engagement.
We build the selected systems with you, using the real knowledge, standards, voice, and processes of the business, not a generic formula.
You and your team put the systems to work in real situations. That use provides the context and feedback needed to refine the workflows, documentation, and outputs until the system performs reliably inside the business.
Every system is designed around appropriate access, clear documentation, and human review. AI supports the work; your team retains control of the decisions, relationships, and brand standards that require human judgment.
About Laura
I spent 20 years as a Producer for luxury fashion shows, brand experiences, and world tours for leading wellness brands. My role was to transform vision into systems that could perform under pressure without losing what made each brand distinct.
That work required taste, resourcefulness, coordination, and the ability to build the right process around the people involved. I never worked from a generic formula because the brands, the visions, and the problems were never interchangeable.
Today, I bring that same discipline to AI: understanding how a business actually works, identifying where AI can return time and protect standards, and building systems people can use with confidence.

This is a focused introduction, not a full assessment. We will discuss how your business currently works, where time or momentum may be getting lost, and whether an Assessment is the right next step.
